    the seller cancelled my purchase because she already sold the book to someone else. But Bookon has not released my money. Bookon website does not allow me to request for refund. This is ridiculous. its been 1 week and have not heard anything back from bookon. please do not use this website. its useless.

    I purchased a book but seller cancelled the order with refund. But bookon still released the amount to my account and no response for my multiple e-mails. Terrible service

    I purchased a book on this website, the seller contacted me stating the book is no longer available (sent to someone else). I requested a refund and he told me I had to request it through the website. I've sent multiple requests for a refund. They have stolen this money and after weeks of attempted contact I have heard nothing. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
