  I personally have dealt with Matt at Cowden insurance who has been awesome, he reviewed our current policies and realised we were paying one particularly insurance twice (annoying!) and also helped us as an IT company know where we needed to expand with the new data privacy laws.
  
  He even read our standard Service Agreement to check where we might need extra or less insurance, which is a 25 page document in itself. Going above and beyond was super appreciated and likely we will be Matt's client for life.

  As a small business owner in the removal business we would not recommend Cowdens they have failed to manage our insurance claims as a good broker should

  I can attest to the high standard of client service provided by Louise Mitrova at Cowden Insurance.
  My car insurance was due for renewal in late April 2019. I chose an insurer years ago through some basic online research and had remained with them for their purported “loyalty and safe driving benefits” since. I also did not have the time or energy to devote to investigating alternatives in the years that followed when I was due for renewal. Thus, my premium increased and I did nothing to change it.
  Then I met Louise!
  With a few simple questions answered and a copy of my existing insurance policy, Louise was able to prepare a quote for me for an alternative insurer with increased coverage for less money.
  Louise is efficient, clever and able to explain the differences between complicated policy wording and “fine print” with ease. She is friendly and genuinely wants the best coverage for her clients. I will never try to find insurance without Louise’s assistance again!

  Louise from Cowden Insurance brokers is the best person to help you with your insurance needs! Due to a recent change in my employment, I was put into a position where I needed to quickly arrange insurance for my car, as it was no longer covered under my novated lease. Not only did Louise manage to turn this around within 24 hours, but I’m paying slightly less than I was previously, for better coverage.
  
  Having experienced her service first hand, I then referred her onto my new business partner who has spoken in glowing terms about the service she’s received as well.
