  Hi All, I finally purchased my first Ducati after months of research. From the minute I was greeted by a Sales guy called Jack to final handover by Josh the Business Manager, it was service with a smile. They were patient and answered all my questions. I ended up with a fully loaded V4S Multistrada in Aviator Grey which caught my eye upon entry. The bike is everything they said it would be and more. I could not be any happier. If your after a Ducati and want a pressure free environment to browse and chat, i highly recommend this dealership. Stay safe!

  Thanks to Kiwi and the awesome staff from Dave and Glenn. Our unscheduled arrival from Queensland on the way to the superbikes didn't stop them from helping me out with my monster. Totally recommend. Cheers

  To be honest I am extremely disappointed with Ducati Melbourne in particular the service department and purchasing experience. The purchase over the phone simple, then the 5 promised arrival dates and lack of follow up when the dates arrived and left was disappointing. Hand over of bike no problems at all however I believe clutch and rear break needs to be adjusted on the spot to work for rider not the mechanic. Then I would ride the bike to get in a position to get the 1000km service. So after only 7 weeks of owning vehicle and at 800km I called to book in my 1 hour service check on bike only to be told "Sorry we are booked out till late Feb 2023" Its December? So when I asked what happens if I go over the Ks as this is a Company vehicle I was informed by mechanic "We give an extra 250km past the thousand then we will VOID YOUR WARRANTY" I said so what the hell am I going to do. "He said not our problem I should have booked the bike in for service when I took delivery, like everyone else does" I was never offered this at all and I advised him he was now talking Shyte. Of which case the service person then said "Bad luck take your bike to another Ducati Dealer and hung up the phone".
  I was warned not to purchase from Melbourne Dealership and I can now see why. So all you new bike owners good luck getting a service. I have since contacted Ducati Mornington who were absolutely fantastic and accommodating over the phone and booked me in for a service straight away. I was informed that this seems to be the case to alot of customers who purchase from Ducati Melbourne then are shrugged off and force 1st services onto other Ducati Stores. Stay Clear of this trap and terrible service. I also have rung Ducati Melbourne to put a complaint forward however they dont answer the phone so I left a message of which I still today have not had a return call. Buy your Ducati from any other store than this store.

  Sales department is good but there's where it ends.
  Service department is super poor.
  I had my drive chain very loose and making more noise than normal. I called and spoke to Adam to see if can bring it in to have a look. Adam mentioned they were very busy that week but mentioned to bring it on next Monday. I specifically asked if there would be any charge and he goes there won't be.
  I went in and asked for him. He meets me and I mentioned about my phone call with him. He blatantly denies about our phone call and mentions he doesn't remember. He says can squeeze me in that day and it will be a $165 charge.
  Disappointment upon Disappointment!
  Buy it from the dealer but don't expect much after.

  I took two Monsters in for service this week and met Leon for the first time.
  What a total champion!
  I drove up from Warrnambool with both bikes in a van…had tyres and accessories fitted, services and safety check done so I could take them both home again same day.
  Leon even personally helped me load and unload the bikes from the van and stayed a little late to get it all done same day.
  Leon went many extra miles and made my first experience with Ducati Melbourne a great one.
  More businesses need more Leons!
