    Excellent customer service! We were very well supported by our relationship manager (Ashiqur) and his colleagues throughout the whole loan process. They are always very patient in answering all our queries and makes sure we all well informed on the products we are getting.

    Their products and interest rates are competitively comparable to all the other banks too!

    I came in with my partner just for an enquiry in regards to a home loan and we were introduced to Martina whom gave us a detailed explanation on how their products.

    Then when we were ready we were introduced to Ashiqur by Martina whom we found out was the bank Manager.

    Ashiqur has been with out throughout the entire process of us purchasing a home and giving us advice on what to expect and what to do. Being first home buyers we had very little knowledge on how the process of buying a house works.

    However Ashiqur was very informative with all our queries every step of the way and spent as much time as needed to ensure we were confident on our purchase and the whole process.

    I would love to give the whole team at HSBC South Melbourne 5 stars and two thumbs up for the such an amazing service every step of the way.

    I went there about a month back early morning at 9:35 am without appointment to get bank cheque. No waiting, staff was literally running to get my cheque as they saw me I came from middle of work. Loved it, made my day that people are still considerate and can do beyond their job.
    Shout out to the hardworking staff.

    Really bad service provided by one of your staff members. I will just switch to another bank. I do not recommend this bank.
