  Tried to contact them to arrange an inspection, got a call back late at night which I couldn't take, so I asked if they could call me back next day and was told "obviously not, YOU call me tomorrow and maybe I'll answer"

  Slow replies and difficult to get a straight answer from. Have enjoyed working with HS in the past however the past three years service quality seems to have deteriorated. Plenty of other good realestate agents out there worth spending time and money on.

  Very unprofessional. I emailed to complain about one of their offices as they are “ corporate” all I wanted was a phone call so I could advise them off illegal dealings in their Melton office and I was basically told they won’t deal with me. Avoid avoid avoid
