Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a demo car from this dealership, at the beginning Jack has made a bunch of promises that he couldn’t keep. After the purchase I had to bring the car back to the shop 3 times just to fix the minor items. 6 months in, I found that my personal plate was not transferred to my new car. I called Jack in the morning and he said he will check and get back to me. Didn’t hear from him until I called him at 4pm. He told me that I have purchased a demo car with a great deal, he also said that I am only customer who he has to deal with so many times after sale and told me to STOP MAKING UP STORIES about the plate transfer. I asked to talk to his manager Marlon, he refused 3 times and asked why I need to talk to Marlon as he is going to tell me the same thing. I finally got on the phone to Marlon and he explained it was a misunderstanding and apologised to me.
