Colourist (called a senior colourist) over processed the blonde foils in my hair may I also add they were very carelessly done indeed she pasted the mixture all over the hair including on the ends) Approx one third of my long hair broke off and I have been left with damaged spaghetti looking hair which she tried to fix and left it a grey colour. Don't be fooled by their misleading and deceptive advertising of award winning salon. Even the manager of the salon said she does not have her hair coloured here. This is the first review I've written on goggle and felt do strongly that I had to write it.
Will take more than 2 years for my hair to recover. Manager did not charge me and offered for me to go and see one of their top colourists in another salon!! I did not take her up on the offer as apparently this person "trains" the staff!!!
