  We were invited to experience the health benefits of full spectrum infrared before buying and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with excellent customer service with a thorough induction and in no way felt we were obliged after the session. Best lunch break in a while. Thanks Clare for making us super comfortable. Very relaxing afternoon, We'll be in touch

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sunlighten. From the first time communicating with them all the way through to purchasing my solo sauna from Sunlighten they have been very patient in every aspect of the purchase process and very accomodating. Very prompt with replying to emails and very happy to answer every question I had before and after purchasing from them. Frank and Jenny have been absolutely amazing. Myself as well as everyone who has used the sauna that I’ve purchased from Sunlighten love it! 5 star experience for sure.

  After reading a lot of blogs from wellness experts about infrared saunas and in particular the Sunlighten brand, I decided to talk to my mum who was having a lot of health issues especially with blood pressure. She has been on medication for numerous years which had not really made too much of a difference and the doctor’s only solution was to increase dose. They wanted her to monitor her blood pressure daily for a month which we did and the results were quite irregular but her dose stayed the same. Around the same time we chose to invest in the mpulse sauna for many reasons such as pain and relaxation. After only having the sauna for 3 months now and using 3 times a week, she was asked to monitor her blood pressure again only this time the results were consistently in the same normal rage. Although still medicated I believe the sauna has made an impact that we hope will continue to a point where medication is not needed. Apart from that, for myself, my dry skin is now soft and hydrated and never looked better or more youthful.

  Unlike any other sauna experience i have had, i pleasantly discovered infra red sauna was a relaxing, nourishing experience. I felt refreshed and energised at the end of the session. The staff informative and professional, premises clean, decked out with tasteful and beautiful decor, that enhanced the ambient and relaxing presence. It was an unexpectedly amazing experience, that i have continued to recommend to all friends. And the most clinically valuable method for heavy metal detox, which was one of my personal interests in attending. I would highly recommend the premises and services provided.
