  I would like to thank Hannibal and his staff in handling my working and tourist visa applications for me and my wife. Him and his staff were very polite and very professional. Me and my wife received both Australian visas on the time Hannibal anticipated. Since beginning and towards the end of the application, me and my wife felt safe and knew we were in good hands. Hannibal and his staff took the time to explain every single step along the process. They responded on every email, call and text that I had questions and concerns and I got answers.   The best consultancy in my view, always ready for help, always pick up the phone and answer e-mails at any time, they have a great team. Actually, I went to many consultants in Brisbane and North Queensland regarding my Visa, but, I didn't find anyone who can give me answers to my all questions. .   Hannibal's email ten days before Christmas was the best gift I could have asked for - containing the grant notification for my 482 TSS visa!
  
  We went to Hannibal after an initial employer nomination was refused.
  
  Hannibal was able to explain why the nomination we sent had been refused and set a plan in place to submit all documentation - nomination and my application in one go, thus speeding up the process.
  
  He was meticulous in every single crevice and corner of the process, nothing was left to chance.
  
  The proof was in the pudding - the visa came through within days of submitting everything, making for very happy employers and employee!

  Let me first say Thames Migration have delivered an amazing service!
  
  The visa process dropped by 2 months in my case! I believe them to be trustworthy honest and on time! They have honest answers to any question you might have and do not attempt to process a visa unless they are convinced of a positive outcome.
